All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

2. Shipping Options

We offer two main shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Free Standard Shipping (Worldwide): We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders. This service delivers directly to your door.
  • Paid Expedited Shipping (UPS/Fedex/DHL): If you need your kit urgently, you can select an expedited shipping option (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL) during the checkout process and pay the additional shipping cost.

Estimated Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for our Free Standard Shipping after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • USA, Canada, Australia: Approximately 7 to 14 business days.
  • United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain & most of Europe: Approximately 7 to 14 business days.
  • South America: Approximately 15 to 30 business days.
  • Other Countries: Approximately 15 to 25 business days.

Order Tracking

When will I get my tracking number?

Once your order is shipped (after the 1-3 business day processing time), you will receive a shipping notification email that includes your tracking number.

(Note: Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update online after you receive the email.)

How can I know my parcel status?

In total, you will receive two key emails to keep you updated:
