About Our Kits

A1: Our kits are designed for collectors and enthusiasts. The main body is made from high-quality, museum-grade materials, including laser-cut stainless steel, brass, copper, and alloy components. This ensures a substantial weight, durability, and a satisfying "click" of precision-fit parts that plastic models cannot replicate.

A2: We firmly believe the joy of creation is for everyone. That's why we provide a clear difficulty rating on every product page (from ★☆☆☆☆ to ★★★★★ Expert-Level). If this is your first time, we strongly recommend starting with our "Beginner Kits" or models rated ★☆☆☆☆ / ★★☆☆☆. If you're ready for a challenge, our "Intermediate Kits" are the perfect next step.

A3: Absolutely not. This is the core of our "Modern da Vinci's Workshop" craft. All our models use a precision tab-and-slot, screw, or fold design. All you need is a small pair of needle-nose pliers or tweezers to enjoy the pure joy of mechanical assembly.

A4: Please don't worry! This can be a normal part of assembling a complex model. We believe that a building experience shouldn't be ruined by one small mistake. Contact our support team immediately at service@metalcraftkits.com with your order number, the part number you need (found in the instruction manual), and your address. Our engineering team will do their best to send you the replacement part you need.

A5: Yes. All models specifically marked as "LED" or "Glow" come with all necessary electronic components, including micro-LED strips, a battery box (or USB power cable), and clear wiring instructions. You do not need to purchase any extra electronics.

Ordering & Payment

A1: We accept all major payment methods, including PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

A2: Absolutely. Our entire website, including the checkout page, uses the highest level of SSL encryption (HTTPS) to protect your personal information. We never store your credit card details.

A3: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to cancel or modify it. Please contact our support team immediately at service@metalcraftkits.com and be sure to include "URGENT: Cancel Order" or "URGENT: Modify Order" in the subject line, along with your order number. If the order has already left our workshop, we cannot recall it in transit, and you will need to follow our Return Policy after receiving the item.

Shipping & Delivery

A1: Yes, we are proud to ship our creations to builders and creators all over the world. We support shipping to most major countries and regions.

A2: To ensure the highest standards of craft and quality control, all our kits are packaged and shipped directly from our central Workshop & Warehouse in China.

A3: We are happy to offer standard, trackable international shipping on all global orders. During specific promotional periods, we offer free shipping. You will see the final shipping cost (if applicable) at checkout.

A4: International shipping times vary based on your country and customs clearance speed. Typically, after you receive your shipping notification, it is estimated to take between XX and XX business days. You can check our Shipping Policy page for detailed estimates for different regions.

A5: As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will immediately receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status on 17track.net or your local postal service's website. If you have any trouble with tracking, please feel free to contact service@metalcraftkits.com, and our team will be happy to check the latest status for you.

Returns & Support

A1: We offer a 30-day return guarantee. If you change your mind, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please note, for "change of mind" returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

A2: We are deeply sorry for this! While our workshop conducts strict visual inspections before shipping, accidents can still happen during transit. Please contact service@metalcraftkits.com immediately upon receiving the package, and attach your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the problem. We will take 100% responsibility and immediately arrange for a full refund or a free reshipment of a brand new kit.

A3: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient, or failure to claim, we cannot provide a refund as the shipment was sent correctly. But don't worry, we will contact you via email as soon as we receive the returned package. You will have the option to pay a re-shipping fee, and we will be happy to arrange for reshipment.

A4: Once we have received and inspected your returned package (or confirmed your order cancellation), the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
