We are committed to ensuring you have an exceptional experience, from the moment you order to the completion of your masterpiece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window for most items, beginning from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all accessories and manuals intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, refund, or exchange request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at service@metalcraftkits.com. Please include your Order Number in the subject line.
  2. In your email, please state the reason for your return.
  3. For defective items or processing errors: You will be asked to provide photographs and/or videos that clearly illustrate the issue (e.g., damaged parts, wrong item received). This is necessary for us to verify the problem and assist you correctly.
  4. Once your request is received, our team will review it and provide you with detailed instructions for the return.

Refund & Replacement Scenarios

We process refunds and replacements based on the following conditions:

Full Refunds or New Replacements (Our Responsibility)

You are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement if your order meets one of the following criteria:

  • The item is defective (e.g., damaged, broken, or missing parts).
  • The item was lost in transit and not delivered.
  • We shipped the wrong item.
  • The item you ordered was out-of-stock and we could not fulfill it.
  • Your order was cancelled by us or at your request before it was shipped.

If the return is due to a product defect or a mistake by us, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or refund your reasonable return shipping costs.

Standard Returns (Your Responsibility)

If you bought the wrong item or simply changed your mind, you may return the item for a refund under our 30-Day Guarantee. In this case:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item.
  • The original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Exceptions (Partial or No Refund)

  • Clearance Items: Items purchased on clearance or final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Opened or Used Items: Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error, or has been opened and/or partially assembled, is not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Issues (Incorrect Address Provided)

If a package is returned to us because the customer provided a wrong or undeliverable address, or if the consignee could not be found or failed to pick up the parcel in time, we cannot issue a refund, as the item was shipped correctly and not returned to our inventory.

However, we are here to help. We will contact you via email once we receive the returned parcel. If you wish to have the item reshipped, you will be responsible for the new reshipping fee.

The Refund Process

Please note that international returns can take time. It may take up to 4 weeks for a returned parcel to be received and inspected at our overseas workshop.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
